A carrier built around a refusal

CarrierLinkTel exists because we got tired of watching legitimate businesses pay the price for the traffic their carrier was willing to accept from somebody else.

Our story

We started by deciding what we would not carry

Most carriers build a network and then look for minutes to fill it. We did it the other way round.

The economics of wholesale voice push almost every provider toward the same place: accept the dialer traffic, accept the short-duration campaigns, accept the lead-gen blast — because the minutes are cheap to acquire and they fill capacity. What the customer never sees is the cost. That traffic drags answer rates down across the route, attracts analytics labelling, and eventually gets numbers blocked outright. The enterprise sharing that route pays for a decision it was never told about.

CarrierLinkTel was founded by voice engineers who had spent years cleaning up after exactly that. We built a network in the United States for United States enterprises, wrote a traffic policy before we wrote a rate sheet, and committed to a simple rule: if a call is not a genuine conversation between a business and someone who expects to hear from it, it does not belong on our network.

That rule costs us revenue every month. It is also the entire reason our customers see the answer rates they do.

What we stand for

Five commitments we will not trade away

Conversations only

Live-agent and inbound conversational traffic. No predictive dialers, no voice broadcasting, no short-duration campaigns — at any price, on any account.

Know every customer

Every account passes KYC before a call is routed. We verify the entity, the people behind it, the use case and the right to use the calling numbers.

Own the network

Our own SBCs, our own routing policy, our own interconnects. You cannot enforce a traffic policy on somebody else’s switch.

Answer quickly

A named engineer per enterprise account and a 24/7 US-based NOC. Tracebacks answered within 24 hours, every time.

Say no early

If your traffic profile does not fit, you will hear it in the first conversation. Nobody benefits from a contract that ends in suspension.

Bill transparently

Six-second increments, auditable CDRs, published rate schedules and no invented surcharges appearing three months in.

The team

Telephony engineers, not a reseller desk

The people who answer your call are the people who run the switch.

  • Voice engineering. SBC, routing policy, codec and interconnect design — in house, on our own platform.
  • Network operations. A 24/7 US-based NOC watching quality telemetry per route, not a ticket queue in another time zone.
  • Trust and compliance. KYC review, STIR/SHAKEN attestation policy, traceback response and AUP enforcement.
  • Customer engineering. A named engineer per enterprise account who knows your configuration before you describe it.
