A SIP trunk should give you more capacity, better economics and fewer surprises than the circuits it replaces. Most deliver the first two.

CarrierLinkTel trunks terminate on session border controllers we own and operate in geographically diverse US facilities. Registration and media fail over automatically between clusters, so a facility event is a routing decision rather than an outage you have to manage.

Capacity is elastic. You contract a committed channel count for your steady state and burst above it when your business does — month-end, a product launch, a weather event — without renegotiating or waiting on a provisioning queue.

And because we refuse autodialer and short-duration traffic across the whole network, the routes your trunk uses are not shared with the campaigns that drive carrier blocking and analytics labelling. That is not a feature we can bolt on later; it is a consequence of who we let onto the network.

We review destinations, concurrency, average duration, codecs and your PBX platform — and confirm the traffic fits our policy before anything else.

KYC and contract

Entity verification, number-ownership evidence and use-case review, run alongside the rate schedule and master service agreement.

Provision and test

Trunks, IP authentication, dial plan and attestation configured, then a supervised test window against your real endpoints.

Cut over

Phased migration with rollback at each stage, followed by continuous quality monitoring under a named engineer.

Almost certainly. We interoperate with the mainstream platforms — Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Genesys and the major UCaaS stacks — and we handle codec and DTMF negotiation during the test window rather than leaving you to discover mismatches in production. Tell us what you run and we will confirm specifics before you sign.

Immediately. Burst headroom is provisioned on the platform in advance, not allocated on request, so a spike is carried rather than queued. We agree a burst ceiling with you up front and alert you as you approach it. Sustained traffic well above commitment is a conversation about re-rating, not a penalty.

Our routing engine watches ASR, ACD and MOS per destination against the route baseline. A route that falls below threshold is withdrawn from rotation automatically and re-tested before it returns. Because we hold diverse interconnects per destination, the failover is another carrier rather than a busy signal.

No. Geo-redundancy, automatic failover and encryption are how the platform is built, not upsells. You pay for channels and usage.

Yes — port them in, and we will validate your CSR against the port request before submission to avoid the rejections that cause most porting delays. You will need to evidence your right to use any numbers you present as calling party, which is what lets us sign them at full attestation.
