Call tracking

Know which campaign produced the conversation

Your analytics can follow a visitor right up to the moment they pick up the phone — and then it stops. Our call tracking platform closes that gap and puts revenue back against the source that actually earned it.

Overview

The most valuable conversion is usually the one you cannot see

For high-consideration purchases, the phone call is where the deal actually happens — and it is the one conversion most marketing teams still report on by guesswork.

Call tracking assigns telephone numbers to your marketing sources and joins what happens on the call back to what produced it. At the simplest level that means knowing a campaign generated forty calls. At the level our enterprise customers actually use, it means knowing which keyword produced the twelve calls that lasted over three minutes and turned into quotes.

Because we are the carrier as well as the platform, the call record and the attribution record are the same record. There is no reconciliation step between a tracking vendor and a telephony provider, no gaps where a call was carried but not logged, and no second bill.

Everything is built consent-aware. Recording is off until you switch it on, announcements are configurable per number for all-party-consent states, and retention is yours to set.

  • Dynamic number insertion. Each visitor session sees a unique number, so keyword and campaign travel with the call.
  • Full source attribution. Channel, campaign, keyword, landing page, referrer and UTM parameters joined to the call.
  • Conversation analytics. Duration, outcome, keyword spotting and qualified-lead scoring — not just call counts.
  • Consent-aware recording. Optional, announcement-configurable, encrypted at rest, deleted on your schedule.
  • CRM and ad platform sync. Push qualified calls as conversions into the tools your team already uses.

Capabilities

What you get

Dynamic number insertion

A lightweight script swaps the displayed number per visitor session, preserving keyword, campaign and referrer through to the call record.

Source attribution

Every call carries its full marketing lineage — paid, organic, direct, referral, print or broadcast — with no manual tagging.

Recording & transcription

Turn it on per number, announce it per jurisdiction, search the transcript, and keep it exactly as long as your policy allows.

Keyword spotting

Flag calls where competitor names, pricing objections or buying signals appear, and route the follow-up accordingly.

Reporting that answers

Cost per conversation, qualified-call rate and revenue by source, in dashboards built for marketing rather than for telecom.

Integrations

Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4 and Microsoft Advertising, plus a REST API and webhooks for everything else.

How it works

Live in a fortnight

Map the sources

We work out which channels, campaigns and locations need distinct measurement, and how many numbers that actually requires.

Provision numbers

Local or toll-free tracking numbers assigned from our own inventory — no third-party dependency in the call path.

Deploy the script

A single tag on your site enables dynamic number insertion. Offline sources use static numbers and need no code at all.

Connect and tune

Push conversions into your CRM and ad platforms, then refine scoring rules against real calls over the first few weeks.

Questions

What customers ask

No. Dynamic number insertion swaps the displayed number per session, and the pool is sized so a returning visitor sees a consistent number for the duration of their session. Calls route to the same destinations regardless of which tracking number was dialled, so the experience is identical.

It does not, provided it is configured correctly, and we configure it correctly. Your verified business number stays in your structured data, your Google Business Profile and your citations. Dynamic numbers are swapped client-side for paid and campaign traffic only, leaving the canonical number in the markup search engines index.

Recording law varies — several states require all-party consent. The platform supports per-number announcements so you can meet the requirement in each jurisdiction you operate in, and we will help you configure them. The legal responsibility for consent and announcements is yours, and that division is set out in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

A standalone vendor sits on top of somebody else's carrier. That means two contracts, two bills, two support paths, and a reconciliation gap whenever the call record and the tracking record disagree. We are the carrier, so there is one record, one invoice and one engineer to call.

For call tracking data we act as your processor, not as a controller. We do not use it for our own marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. Retention is whatever you configure. Section 5 of our Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

See it against your own campaigns

Give us a campaign and a handful of numbers, and we will stand up tracking so you can see exactly what your inbound calls are worth before committing to anything.
