US-based enterprise carrier
US Carrier Conversational traffic only — no autodialers

Enterprise voice that actually gets answered.

CarrierLinkTel is a United States voice carrier for enterprises that hold real conversations. We carry your calls on a deliberately clean network, attach the marketing source to every inbound conversation, and keep the dialer traffic that ruins answer rates off our routes entirely.

Our traffic policy

We are picky about what we carry.
That is the entire point.

Most carriers will take any minute that pays. The result is a network full of dialer traffic, collapsing answer rates and “Spam Likely” labels that stick to every number on the route — including yours. We built CarrierLinkTel the other way round.

What we carry

  • Live-agent conversations. A person is on the line and ready to speak the moment the call is answered.
  • Inbound customer calls. Everything that arrives on your local, toll-free and tracking numbers.
  • Transactional and relationship calls. Appointments, deliveries, servicing and support callbacks, placed lawfully.
  • Enterprise contact centre traffic. Blended and inbound CX operations at real concurrency.
  • Internal enterprise voice. PBX, UCaaS and multi-site voice for your own organisation.

What we refuse

  • Predictive and auto dialers. Any system dialling faster than agents can answer.
  • Short-duration traffic. Pinging, scanning, number validation and AMD sweeps.
  • Robocalls and voice broadcasting. Prerecorded blasts and ringless voicemail drops.
  • Lead-gen blast traffic. Purchased lists, consent farms and cold-call generation.
  • Spoofing and traffic pumping. Misleading caller ID, number rotation and access stimulation.

KYC on every account

Entity, ownership, use case and number rights verified before a single call is routed.

STIR/SHAKEN signing

Full A-attestation for customers whose number ownership we have verified.

Continuous monitoring

ACD, ASR and short-duration ratios watched per trunk, per campaign, in real time.

24-hour traceback

We answer industry tracebacks fast, which is why our routes stay clean.

Call tracking

Know which campaign produced the conversation

Marketing teams can measure a click all day. The phone call — usually the most valuable thing that happens — disappears into a black box. Our call tracking platform closes that gap and puts revenue back against the source that earned it.

  • Dynamic number insertion. Each visitor sees a unique number, so the session, keyword and campaign travel with the call.
  • Source attribution. Channel, campaign, keyword, landing page and UTM parameters, joined to the call record.
  • Recording and transcription. Optional, consent-aware, encrypted at rest and under your retention policy.
  • Conversation analytics. Duration, outcome, keyword spotting and qualified-lead scoring, not just call counts.
  • CRM and ad platform sync. Push conversions where your team already works.

The network

Built on our own switching fabric

We are not a reseller dressed up as a carrier. We run our own session border controllers, our own routing policy and our own interconnects, which is what lets us enforce a traffic policy at all — and fix your problem without opening a ticket with somebody else.

  • Geo-redundant SBCs across diverse US data centres with automatic failover.
  • Direct carrier interconnects that keep the hop count — and the failure modes — low.
  • Quality-first routing. Least-cost logic never overrides a route quality threshold.
  • TLS and SRTP encryption available end to end on supported endpoints.
  • Real-time telemetry on jitter, packet loss, MOS, ASR and ACD per route.

Getting started

Live in days, not quarters

Our onboarding is thorough because of the KYC step — and fast because everything after it is engineering, not paperwork.

Scope the traffic

A voice engineer reviews your call profile, destinations, concurrency and quality targets — and tells you honestly whether we are the right fit.

KYC and contract

Entity verification, number-ownership evidence and use-case review, run in parallel with the rate schedule and MSA.

Provision and test

Trunks, numbers and routing configured, attestation set, then a supervised test window against your real endpoints.

Cut over and monitor

Phased porting with rollback, then continuous quality monitoring with a named engineer on your account.

Why CarrierLinkTel

A carrier you can actually reach

  • A named engineer, not a queue. Enterprise accounts get a specific person who knows your routing.
  • US-based NOC, 24/7. Real telephony engineers on shift, every hour of every day.
  • Transparent rating. Six-second billing increments, CDRs you can audit, and no invented surcharges.
  • A clean route reputation. The direct result of turning away the traffic everyone else accepts.
  • We say no early. If your traffic does not fit our policy, you will hear it before you sign, not after.
Common questions

Straight answers

Yes — completely, and at any volume. Predictive, power, progressive and ratio dialers, ATDS equipment, voice broadcasting and ringless voicemail are prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy regardless of how the account is priced. This is not a tier we upsell; it is a network we protect. Traffic that violates the policy is suspended, not renegotiated.

We watch average call duration, answer-seizure ratio and the proportion of calls under six seconds, per trunk and per campaign. Sustained ACD below 60 seconds, ASR below 25%, or a short-duration ratio above 25% triggers a review with your compliance contact. The full thresholds are published in Section 5 of our Acceptable Use Policy — we would rather you know them in advance than discover them during an incident.

Yes, for customers whose identity and right to use the calling numbers we have verified during KYC. Full (A) attestation requires that we know the customer, know the origination point, and have evidence of number ownership. If you present numbers we cannot verify, attestation drops accordingly — which is exactly how the framework is designed to work.

Simple local ports typically complete in 7 to 10 business days once the losing carrier validates the request; toll-free ports are often faster. Complex multi-location ports are staged in phases with rollback at each step. The single biggest cause of delay is a mismatch between your CSR and the port request, so we validate that before submitting.

Recording and transcription are available as an option you enable yourself. Recordings are encrypted at rest, accessible only to your authorised users, and deleted on the retention schedule you configure. You remain responsible for announcements and consent — several states require all-party consent — and we will help you configure the announcements correctly.

A traffic-profile conversation with an engineer, KYC verification of your entity and number rights, contract and rate schedule, then provisioning and a supervised test window. Most enterprise accounts are carrying live traffic within days. The KYC step is the part we will not shorten, because it is what keeps the network clean for everyone on it.

Enterprise agreements are typically twelve months with committed volume in exchange for improved rates, but we scope terms to the account. We do not require a commitment before you have completed a supervised test window and seen your own quality numbers on our routes.

Talk to a voice engineer

Tell us about your traffic. We will tell you straight.

Send us your call profile — destinations, concurrency, average duration and what you are trying to fix. You will get an honest answer about fit, a rate schedule, and a named engineer. If we are not right for you, we will say so.
